  • What types of printing do you offer?
We provide high-quality digital printing for a wide range of products, including business cards, brochures, booklets, invitations, art cards, signage, and more. To make your experience seamless, we also offer binding, laminating, and mailing services—all in one convenient location. Whether you need a short run or a large-volume project, we specialize in both and are happy to take on custom or complex jobs. Our expert team is committed to delivering fast turnaround times without compromising on quality, no matter the size or urgency of your order.
  • How fast is your turnaround?
Many simple jobs—such as business cards, posters, and flyers—are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on our current workload. More complex or larger-scale projects may require additional time. Rush service is available on a limited basis and depends on current production capacity and project complexity. Additional fees may apply. If you need a project expedited, please contact us as early as possible to confirm availability.
  • Can I get a quote before committing to printing?
Absolutely! Every print job is a little different, so we'll need a few details before we can provide accurate pricing. The key things we’ll need are the size, quantity, and material. If you let us know how the printed pieces will be used, we can recommend the best material for your needs. Curious about the price difference between black & white and color printing, or between quantities like 100 vs. 250? Just ask—we’re happy to provide multiple options. Working with a budget? Let us know what you're aiming to spend, and we’ll do our best to tailor a solution that works for you.
  • Can you ship my order?
Absolutely. We typically use USPS, but we can also assist with Alaska Air Cargo (GoldStreak) or other cargo shipping options depending on your location and timeline. Let us know your preference, and we’ll help coordinate the best option.
  • What's the difference between a digital and printed proof?
A digital proof is a PDF of your file that we send for you to review layout, text, and design. It’s helpful for spotting typos or layout issues, but keep in mind that screen colors won’t exactly match printed colors. A printed proof is a physical sample printed on the same machine and material as your final order. It gives you a chance to see and feel your project before we print the full batch. You’ll need to approve the printed proof in person. Your first printed proof is included at no additional charge for most standard jobs. For larger or more complex orders—such as books or multi-page documents—the proof may be counted as part of your final quantity. We’ll let you know what to expect based on your specific project. Important: We do not proofread your content—so please double-check all spelling, names, dates, addresses, and QR codes before giving final approval. Printed proofs are not available for all products, such as large-format items (e.g., signs or banners).
  • Do I have to review a proof before printing?
No—proofs are optional. If you're confident in your file and would prefer to skip the proofing process, you can do so by checking the "No Proof Needed" option on our job submission form. That said, we strongly recommend requesting a proof if your project involves color matching or you simply want to make sure things look as intended and that your expectations are met before producing the full order. We’re happy to provide a proof so you can feel confident before we proceed.
  • Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes! If someone else is picking up your order, just let us know who to expect and we’ll have everything ready for them. You’re welcome to prepay online so they don't have to worry about it. Want to keep pricing or paperwork private? Just let us know, and we’ll make sure those details stay between us.
  • What if I can't pickup my order during your official business hours?
No problem! While our regular hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, someone is regularly at the shop between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you need to pick up earlier or later, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
  • Can you ship my order?
Absolutely. We typically use USPS, but we can also assist with Alaska Air Cargo (GoldStreak) or other cargo shipping options depending on your location and timeline. Let us know your preference, and we’ll help coordinate the best option.
